I have always been interested in reincarnation and the spirit world. In 1986 I trained as a Homeopathic practitioner, wanting to incorporate a holistic approach to healing clients on the mental, emotional and physical levels as well as the spiritual. As I continued my exploration of energetic medicine and spirituality, I began to read about the use of Past Life Therapy and its effect on healing many emotional and physical complaints that had not responded to either conventional or complimentary treatments. I realised that in my own practice that many of my patients had unidentified blocks and I wondered if regression to either earlier events in the present life or in a past life could help them to resolve these issues.

I have found that Past Life and Regression Therapy is able to help clients work with unresolved blocks and trauma, either from earlier in the present life or from any number of past lives. Once the story has been relived once more and therapeutic intervention has allowed release and transformation to take place, my clients are able to move on in their lives, often experiencing relief from physical symptoms as well as emotional shifts and a sense of well being.

I also work with a number of clients using both homeopathic remedies as well as Regression Therapy, finding that they complement each other well, and am keen to explore the links between the two therapies. I have worked as a Homeopath since 1990 and lecture at a number of Homeopathic colleges, run training clinics for students and am the author of Your Healthy Child with Homeopathy. I hold a diploma in Hypnotherapy and have full public liability insurance.

I was trained at the Regression Academy in 2005 and as well as Past Life and Regression Therapist I am also qualified in Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression.
