I have been working as a Complementary Therapist for over ten years and now specialise in working with releasing deep rooted tension, holding and trauma in the body. This may be rooted in this life issues such as accidents, operations, childbirth, long term fatigue or past life issues. The treatments I offer are weaved together and combined specifically to you and for you.

My background as a Personal Trainer provided my grounding in the working knowledge of the physical body which led on to learning massage and energy healing. Then followed my initial training with Andy, which gave me a sound base in Regression Therapy upon which I have continued to build by attending training workshops held by Roger Woolger and Hans TenDam, leaders in the Regression field in their areas of expertise.

Today I combine this knowledge with the understanding that your body has an itelligence and a wisdom of its own and, with a little help, knows exactly what needs to happen to promote your healing and integration. The aim of my work is to unify your body, mind and spirit.
