My interest in the concept of reincarnation and the spiritual world developed from a very early age and from personal experience. My view is that a successful life is one in which you can master the balance between your physical and spiritual existence.

I do not identify with one particular religion or philosophy nor do I ever ask others to adopt my beliefs. I believe our true essence, our soul, longs to be whatever it is intended to be and accomplish whatever it was put on this physical plane of existence to learn and resolve.

As a transpersonal therapist the emphasis of my work is on the innate spiritual resources that are within each individual, along with the assumption that the guidance of a spiritual energy will help to guide within the therapeutic relationship. My view is that each individual already knows the answers to his / her condition within the higher self and this knowledge is utilised to overcome any type of negative or limiting thought, emotion or fear. These unwanted thoughts may be rooted in the past of this life or maybe other lives, but the past is simply a memory made of thoughts and feelings that can find closure.

It is also possible that external negative thought energies can become embedded within our system. Through my work with clients this energy can also be transformed, released and healed in many different ways.
