I spent a couple of years training in Clinical Hypnotherapy which was thoroughly enjoyable and educational as well as transformative and productive, both for myself and for the clients that I worked with. However, I always felt there was something more that I could add to these hypnotherapy skills. I have been fascinated with the words "past life regression" ever since my early teens when I discovered a book on the subject in the school library and excitedly (and mischievously) passed it around my classmates. My fascination, a few spontaneous experiences and a series of synchronicities led me to undertake thorough training with the Regression Academy. Since then, I've been very fortunate to both experience and witness the profound transformations that have taken place with colleagues, clients and friends who have undergone Regression Therapy, as they have worked with and released current and past life issues, allowing them to gain powerful insights and move forwards in their lives.

As well as my hypnotherapy and regression skills, I am also a Reiki Master and Teacher, and hold Reiki training courses on a regular basis, as well as being an Aura Soma ® and EFT practitioner. I work in a way that allows the client to integrate the profound changes that these therapies offer in a grounded and practical manner. I truly believe in the power of complementary therapies and other healing modalities to facilitate healing and change in individuals, allowing the development of their own "well being", and thus empower them in their lives and help to affect and accelerate the positive change that is taking place in the greater whole.

I have a private practice in my home in Docklands and also work in Bethnal Green in East London, and a couple of locations in Central London. I hold past life regression "taster" evenings on a reasonably regular basis and am available for any questions that you may have regarding any of the therapies that I practice.
