Diba is an International Board of Regression Therapy (IBRT) certified Regression Therapist and Trainer. She is also a professional member of the European Association for Regression Therapy (EARTh) and the International Association for Regression Research and Therapies (IARRT). From a background of having a degree in Mechanical Engineering she qualified as a Reiki Master, NLP Practitioner and Life Coach. Later she graduated as a Regression Therapist, in Hypnosis and has also been trained and certified by Linda Backman in Life Between Life Regression.

Since 2005 she has worked full time as a Regression Therapist in Istanbul and across Turkey. She was invited to be an Assistant Trainer and Supervisor for the PLRA's first Regression Therapy training program in Turkey. She took over this training in 2007 to provide it in Turkish across the country. Diba has published numerous articles in Turkish on past lives, Regression Therapy and spiritual topics and spoken on several radio programs in Istanbul. She has also opened a radio via internet service which aims to bring a wider awareness of regression. Diba is also a consultant to a publishing company in Turkey for spiritual books to be translated into Turkish .

Diba's aim is to be a mediator for spiritual growth of people and to increase their awareness about spirituality.

Ingiltere'deki PLRA Akademisi'nden Regresyon Terapisti ve Hipnoz diplomasina ve Amerika'daki Raven Heart Center'dan BLSR ( Hayatlar Arasi Ruhsal Regresyon) Terapisi diplomasina sahip. Amerika'daki IBRT (Uluslarasi Regresyon Terapisi Birligi) nden Regresyon Terapisti ve Egitmen olarak Sertifika aldi. Amerika'daki Uluslararasi Regresyon Terapistleri Dernegi (IARRT) ve IBRT ve Avrupa Regresyon Terapistleri Dernegi (EARTh) sertifikali üyesidir. Amerika'daki The Coaches Training Institute'den ICF (Uluslararasi Kocluk Federasyonu) onayli Kocluk egitimi sertifikasina sahiptir. Ayni zamanda Reiki Master'dir. Radianced'da Ingilizce olarak verilen Regresyon Terapisi Egitiminde Andy Tomlinson'la birlikte asistan egitimci ve süpervizor olarak yer aldi. 2005 yilindan beri bireysel Regresyon Terapisi yapiyor ve Eylul 2007'den beri, Profesyonel Gecmis Yasam Regresyon Terapisi Egitimini, Istanbul ve Ankara'da Turkce olarak veriyor.
