I first encountered Hypnotherapy many years ago when it helped me overcome the effects of a bad relationship and the terminal illness of my mother. The effectiveness of this therapy on me intrigued me, so after working for Age Concern for some years, I trained to become a qualified Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression Therapist.

My particular interest through personal experience is to help with problems where sufferers are given no cause or no hope of a cure for conditions that affect their lives quite dramatically. I also work a great deal with teenagers and young adults helping them through the confusion of those years to find their own direction and life path in the face of all the pressures of the modern world.

I aim to support my clients in their own development, creating the life they want to lead and eliminating reactive responses that are no longer useful to their needs, in a loving, accepting, atmosphere. I work in partnership with my clients, guiding my clients towards their chosen goals.
